Prasad Naveen
Since 2013, Prasad Naveen has served as a catalyst for human evolution and self-mastery. Bridging modern therapeutic frameworks with deep-rooted Eastern and Shamanic wisdom, he creates profound spaces for healing, inner integration, and personal transformation.
Through the centre, Pavithram, Prasad weaves together psychology, ancient philosophy, sacred geometry, and ritual to guide individuals back to their core truth.
He is also good at understanding "Wayward Spirit-Content": Tending to the unseen dynamics between people—unspoken pain, unresolved grief, regret, and unconscious relational attachments.
Core Pillars of his expression through Pavithram
Integrative Psychotherapy
Prasad offers a sophisticated, multi-layered approach to deep psychological healing. Trained across diverse modalities—including Transactional Analysis (TA), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Gestalt Therapy, and Psychodrama—he specialises in Shadow Integration and experiential healing.
Sagh’ic Animist Foundation Practitioner: As a registered practitioner, Prasad approaches every individual with deep reverence. He creates safe, non-judgmental, and sacred spaces that honour each person's unique spiritual journey, current reality, and inherent autonomy while maintaining clear, ethical professional boundaries.
Ancient Wisdom & Sacred Arts
A devoted disciple of Eastern spirituality, Prasad's work is grounded in years of immersive meditation and study. He seamlessly integrates timeless traditions into modern transformation:
-
Philosophical Foundations: Drawing wisdom from the Bhagavad Gita, Kaivalya Upanishad, and Yogic Philosophy.
-
Sacred Modalities: Utilising Yantra, Mandala, Panchabhuta (five elements), and devotional Bhajans to facilitate deep energetic and psychological shifts.
-
Uses Narrative story telling structures for Catharsis, trauma healing, release of regret, grief, hurt etc.
Facilitation & Mentorship
Prasad’s experiential workshops are renowned for their depth, safety, and transformative power across major hubs and retreat centres—including Rishikesh, Delhi, Bangalore, Coonoor, Kodanadu-Nilgiris , Coimbatore, and Kochi.
-
200+ Shadow Labs & 20+ Essence Labs facilitated (In-person).
-
100+ Online, one year workshops (On Zoom).
-
3,000+ Lives touched through powerful individual, group therapy and knowledge sharing sessions.
-
Mentor to Mentors: He actively coaches trainers, facilitators, and executive coaches— teaching them how to imbibe and inject genuine psychological depth, sacred structure, and transformational power into their own programs.
The Mystic & Adventurer
Driven by an unyielding curiosity and a spirit of total surrender, Prasad frequently retreats to Rishikesh and the high Himalayas. These sacred journeys fuel his continuous search for mystical insight—wisdom he directly translates into his work at Pavithram to assist in the collective evolution of human consciousness.
Why Work With Prasad?
Whether navigating the depths of shadow work, seeking spiritual grounding, or learning to facilitate deeper human connection, working with Prasad is an invitation to step out of surface-level living and into authentic self-mastery and the process of individuation.

Sivapriya Madeswaran
Since 2011, Sivapriya Madeswaran has been facilitating spaces where psychology, movement, nature, and contemplative practice converge to support authentic human development. With over 15 years of experience, she works with students, parents, educators, professionals, and seekers through counselling, movement-based facilitation, yoga, and experiential learning in cities across India.
Her work has reached 4,000+ individuals across the globe, including 2,000+ participants in Expressive Movement workshops, 500+ yoga practitioners over seven years, 1,000+ school and college students through psychology and life skills education, 200+ therapy clients, and 600–700 parents through parenting programmes. She has also worked with doctors, educators, budding therapists, counsellors, and corporate teams.
Core Pillars of Her Work
Integrative Psychology & Embodied Practice
Sivapriya's work brings together counselling psychology, therapeutic expressive movement, authentic movement, life skills education, yoga, and reflective practices such as mandala and kolam.
Her facilitation integrates integrative psychology, embodied movement, grief work, shamanic rituals, cathartic inquiry, and ecological relationality, creating spaces where individuals restore connection—with themselves, others, ancestry, and the living world.
Laya Gati
Working with the body-mind nexus through expressive movement and somatic awareness, one can see and sense the patterns stored in the body as a reflection of mind, thereby having a choice of opportunities in life forward.
Drawing from Bharatanatyam, Poikaal Kudhirai Aattam, Karagam, Mayilaattam, Oyilaattam, Punjabi Folk, and Latin American Salsa, Sivapriya brings a rich understanding of embodiment, rhythm, discipline, and cultural expression into her work. She has facilitated experiential workshops and held space for participants at institutions and organisations including Loyola College, Chennai, IIM Tiruchirappalli, VIT Vellore, CIT Coimbatore, L&T, Zariyaa Well-being, Bengaluru, Kongu engineering college, Perundurai, etc .
YOGA
Her yoga teaching is rooted in Swami Sachidananda’s Hatha Yoga pathway, Pathanjali’s yoga sutras and Dharma—steady and devoted practice—integrating breath, mindful exercising, meditation, and the balancing of the five elements to cultivate harmony between body, mind, emotions, and nature.
Animistic Understanding & Sacred Ecology
As an ordained Sagārt at the Saghic Animistic Foundation, Sivapriya's perspective is shaped by an animistic understanding that honours the reciprocal relationship between human beings, ancestors, community, and the Spirit world.
This orientation enriches her working with people alongside embodied presence, relational resonance, ritual awareness, and deep respect for the intelligence of nature as a partner in healing and transformation.
Research, Nature & Conscious Living
A lifelong seeker and researcher, Sivapriya's inquiry extends into embodied psychology, indigenous wisdom, movement, ecology, and contemplative traditions.
Her personal practice includes hiking & trekking in different terrains, white-water rafting, plant based food system, natural farming, reflecting her commitment to Dharma, ecological stewardship, and conscious living.
Why Work With Sivapriya?
Working with Sivapriya is an invitation to cultivate greater self-awareness through the integration of psychology, movement, yoga, expressive arts, and nature-based wisdom. Whether in therapy, workshops, or educational programmes, she creates grounded, experiential spaces that support authentic expression, emotional resilience, embodied presence, and meaningful transformation.
Her work invites individuals not only in understanding deeply of themselves, but to live that understanding with clarity, freedom, compassion, deeper relationship with the living world with Joy.
